                                   Now a days, most of the children don't like to eat vegetables. We need this vegetables to make our body healthy, physically and mentally. This vegetables have nutrients that our body need in our daily lives.

                                  Most of us, don't like this because of the bad taste, but our mommy's forced us to eat because she thinks our own good. Vegetables make our body much stronger and healthy, it have many nutrients that is so very beneficial to us, it also have vitamins to make our body to be nu-rich. instead of eating frozen foods,not nutritious foods, we must eat this vegetables to make our body healthy all the time.
                   
                                  We must aware to the benefits of vegetables and to the nutritional value and the different vitamins that we may can get to the vegetables by eating them, we can make our body healthy.
